Currency:

All tours are costed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated. Alaska-specific tours are costed in net US dollars.

Taxes:

All rates are exclusive of taxes which will be added to the final invoice.

Deposit / Payment:

- If your travel date is more than 90 days away, a deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due at 90 days prior to departure.  

- If you're are traveling within 90 days, full payment is due at the time of booking,

*We accept payment by cheque or cash in Canadian or US funds. Payment is also accepted by Visa or Mastercard in Canadian funds and PayPal in both Canadian and US funds.  

Wire Transfers:

Payments can also be made by wire transfer.  Please contact us to make these arrangements.

Cancellation Policy:

Number of days prior to trip start/Cancellation fee per person:

More than 90 days prior to departure: $150 administration fee or 25% deposit (whichever is the lower amount)
90-61 days prior to departure: 25% of total cost
60-31 days prior to departure: 50% of total cost
30 days (or less) prior to departure: 100% of total cost

Notes:

Exceptions to this cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, terrorism, civil unrest or personal
emergencies. If unforeseen circumstances require a change in itinerary, we will make every effort to select alternative hotels
of the same high quality and keep the route modifications minimal.

Physical Fitness Level/Disabilities:

Most Yukon Adventure Company programs require only a minimal level of physical fitness. Participants should inquire at the time of booking if packages including hiking or other outdoor activities require more than an average level of fitness.

Disabilities:

We are committed to the belief that medical conditions or disabilities shouldn’t prevent people from experiencing the joys of travel, but we rely upon the travellers to advise us as early as possible. Passengers with disabilities should disclose this information to us at the time of booking. We will do everything possible to accommodate traveller conditions at a reasonable cost, but in some situations we may be required to revise a specific

Dietary requirements:

Passengers should notify us at the time of booking if they have specific dietary concerns/requirements (on programs where meals are provided). Every effort will be made to accommodate these requirements, but this may not be possible at every meal venue.

Accommodation:

Accommodation will be provided at specified hotels. If unavailable, similar category alternative hotels will be booked.
